Please do not post support questions in the Forum/Site Discussion forum. That is for issues with this forum or site, not with Hazel itself.

You can do what you want via the Sort into subfolder action. In the pattern, you can drag in the date created and then edit that pattern to match what you want.

Consider using custom attributes (check the manual for details). You can capture the year into it's own custom attribute which you can then use in a Sort into subfolder action.
